At Welcome Water Park & Resort, we strive to ensure every guest has a wonderful experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a booking. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.


Weather & Park Closure Refunds

  • If the park is forced to close due to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storm, flood) or government-mandated closures, guests will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to another available date.
  • Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify as grounds for a refund, as most attractions remain operational.
  • In the event of a partial closure (some rides unavailable), no refund will be issued unless the park is closed for more than 3 hours.

Medical & Emergency Cancellations

  • Guests who are unable to visit due to a medical emergency may request a full refund or reschedule by providing a valid medical certificate within 48 hours of the booking date.
  • Requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp with supporting documentation.
  • Management's decision in such cases is final.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Tickets can be rescheduled to a future date free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the original visit date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and can only be done once per booking.
  • Tickets rescheduled to a date with a different ticket price will be charged/credited the difference accordingly.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference number.
  2. State the reason for cancellation and the date of your booking.
  3. If applicable, attach supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Food & beverage purchases
  • Locker rentals and ancillary services consumed on-site
  • Tickets purchased at a discounted or promotional rate (unless otherwise stated at time of purchase)
  • Group or corporate event bookings (separate contract terms apply)

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gujarat.
